Return And Exchange policy

All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging within 10 days from the date of purchase (Product should be in its original condition) and certain item category are not eligible for return due to hygiene concerns.

Refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied, simply return the unopened item within 10 days from the date of purchase, We will refund the price you paid and credit the refund amount to your credit/account that you made payment with.

Delivery policy

• Same day delivery for orders placed before 1 PM, and next day delivery for all order placed after 1 pm.
• Above AED 150 free delivery, and below AED 150 an AED 20 fees will be applicable.
• For the GCC delivery, the shipping rates are set by weight and location.
